We are both engineers with a passion for real estate. I (Todd) have always enjoyed understanding everything from the design and build to the process of buying and selling. With my engineering background and experience with hands on construction, I feel very confident being able to walk into any property and discuss its potential to be greater, more beautiful, or see the beauty already exsisting. Paula has come from an Industrial engineering background, specializing in procurement and negotiations, and also enjoys the technical aspect of real estate. Paula was born in Venezuela and speaks both Spanish and English. As a team we work very closely with buyers and sellers to make sure all concerns are addressed.

A large portion of our business is based on the purchasing of distressed properties that require major renovations in highly desirable areas of Duval, Clay, and St. Johns Counties. We are always looking for properties that work into our business outline and can also help a seller get out of a situation that is difficult for them.
